They will be shipped via First Class US Postal Mail regardless of the method of shipping you select for the other products in your order. Do Not Select Express or Priority Mail for this item. Corrections or Cancellations - Due to the personalized nature of these CDs, all sales are final once the announcer produces your sports CD. Upon completion of your order you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm that they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know before we begin producing your CD. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to the announcer making your personalized sports CD.
Name Availability - Unlike our music, where you can only order if we have your child's name pronunciation, our personalized sports CDs can be produced in ANY NAME YOU WISH, both FIRST & LAST NAME!
Returns or Replacements - Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Error's made by the announcer will be corrected, free of charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement CD will be sent per the original order. No changes to the Sport or Team or the Name (other than a correction to pronunciation) will be allowed. Replacement CDs due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.
Opposing Team and/or Position -All of the scenarios for the broadcast are preselected. We attempt to play out what it would sound like to hear the sports fan win the Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup, etc. Some folks overanalyze this product concept.
