Shipping: The Personalized Name Trains are shipped via the method you choose during check out. Some add-on items may be shipped directly from the factory. If so, they may arrive at different times and in separate packages.
Please Note: The Name Train cars have magnets on them. These items will be packed away from any Music CDs or Sports CDs you may have ordered to prevent the magnets from damaging the digital media. Please take care when you unpackage them so you do not place a magnet to closely to your digital media. Please click here to view our Shipping Policies in detail.
Corrections or Cancellations - Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once they are shipped. Upon completion of your order you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm that they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know before we ship your products. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to shipping your Name Train.
Name Availability - Unlike our music, where you can only order if we have your child's name pronunciation, our Personalized Name Trains can be made for ANY NAME YOU WISH!
Returns or Replacements - Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Error's made by the factory will be corrected, free of charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement will be sent per the original order. No changes to the order will be allowed for replacements. Replacement requests due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.
Warranty - Name Train products have a life time warranty. If a Name Train Product purchased through Kid Music ever breaks or becomes defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Cosmetic issues stemming from wear and tear do not apply. You must contact us first for an RMA number prior to sending us the damaged item. The customer is responsible for postage to our repair facility and must supply us with a return shipping address. We will pay the cost to return the item after repair or replacement.
Colors - Letter colors are selected by random and will be assorted based on the number of letters in the name. We can not provide specific colors for a name.
Age Related Warning: Choking Hazard - Because of Small Parts, this product is not appropriate for children less than 3 years of age.
Track - The personalized name trains come with an Engine, Caboose and the number of letters as described. No track is included with the name unless ordered as an option.
