  • Artist: This product is manufactured by the John Hinde company.
  • Specifications: All drink bottles are personalized with your child's name. Personalization is based on the text you select in the drop down box above.
  • Size: Drink Bottles are 3.25" wide and 6.75" tall and hold about 14 oz. of fluid.
  • Age: This product is appropriate for ages 3 and up.
  • Construction: Drink bottles are made of 3 dimensional soft PVC and are suitable for cold and warm beverages only. Drink bottles have been Lab Tested Safe to ASTM, EPA and EN 71 Standards. Click here for a copy of the testing report. Drink Bottles contain No Lead, No Phthalate and No BPA.
  • Washing Instructions: Wash before first use. Please hand wash or use top rack of dishwasher only. Do not use bleach or harsh abrasives to clean.
  • Caution: Do not place in microwave ovens. Not suitable for hot beverages. Do not place in freezer. Keep away from extreme heat.
  • Name Availability: This Personalized Name Drink Bottle can only be personalized with the names that are listed in the drop down box above.
  • Shipping: The Personalized Name Drink Bottles are shipped via the method you choose during check out. Please click here to view our Shipping Policies in detail.
  • Corrections or Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once they are shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know before we ship your products. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to shipping your mug.
  • Returns or Replacements: Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Error's made by the factory will be corrected, free-of-charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement will be sent per the original order. No changes to the order will be allowed for replacements. Replacement requests due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
