• Artist: All mugs are personalized by hand with your child's name (optional) by an artist at Kid Music before we ship it to you. Personalization is based on the text you enter in the name text field above. Lettering is not computer generated so some variations to lettering and the lettering style will occur.
• Size: Mugs are 3.25" wide and 3.75" tall and hold about 12 oz. of fluid.
• Age: This product is appropriate for ages 3 and up.
• Construction: Mugs are made of 3 dimensional soft PVC and are suitable for cold and warm beverages only. Mugs have been Lab Tested Safe to ASTM, EPA and EN 71 Standards. Click here for a copy of the testing report.
• Washing Instructions: Please hand wash before first use. Without name personalization please hand wash or use top rack of dishwasher only. If the mug is personalized with your child's name (painted on) then we recommend hand washing of the mug. Dishwashing the mug, even on the top rack, will tend to deteriorate the paint and cause it to fade.
• Name Availability: This Personalized Name Mug can be personalized with ANY NAME YOU WISH! Spelling of the personalization will be done exactly the same as the text you enter above. Please double check your spelling. Once a mug is made, you can not change the text.


• Shipping: The Personalized Name Mugs are shipped via the method you choose during check out. Please click here to view our Shipping Policies in detail.
  
• Corrections or Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once they are shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know before we ship your products. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to shipping your mug.


• Returns or Replacements: Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Error's made by the factory will be corrected, free-of-charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement will be sent per the original order. No changes to the order will be allowed for replacements. Replacement requests due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The mug would be better without the hand painted name on it. We didn't read the description prior to ordering it, and were surprised to see what looked like black Sharpie writing on it--seemed a little tacky to us. Our mistake, but we definitely prefer the plain mug--loved the cd's, though. - Submitted 01/09/2010
