Specifications: All mugs are personalized with your child's name. Personalization is based on the text you select in the drop down box above.
Size: Mugs are 3.25" wide and 3.75" tall and hold about 12 oz. of fluid.
Age: This product is appropriate for ages 3 and up.
Construction: Mugs are made of 3 dimensional soft PVC and are suitable for cold and warm beverages only. Mugs have been Lab Tested Safe to ASTM, EPA and EN 71 Standards. Click here for a copy of the testing report. Mugs contain No Lead, No Phthalate and No BPA.
Washing Instructions: Wash before first use. Please hand wash or use top rack of dishwasher only. Do not use bleach or harsh abrasives to clean.
Caution: Do not place in microwave ovens. Not suitable for hot beverages. Do not place in freezer. Keep away from extreme heat.

Shipping: The Personalized Name Mugs are shipped via the method you choose during check out. Please click here to view our Shipping Policies in detail.
Corrections or Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once they are shipped. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know before we ship your products. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to shipping your mug.
Returns or Replacements: Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Error's made by the factory will be corrected, free-of-charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement will be sent per the original order. No changes to the order will be allowed for replacements. Replacement requests due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

	Leo's cup

My 2 grandsons' names are different, so I have a hard time finding them things with their names on them. Leo's 3 cousins had cups with their names - but no Leo, then I found this site. I purchased 2 of these cups for my sons. (5 and 3 year old). Very quick shipping. They are just perfect in size, construction and cuteness. They do not tip over like regular plastic tumblers. Of course, there is nothing to prevent the knocking of it over the table, but at least there is no breakage. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Nice colors and light weight. We originally found this for our 1st son at a gift store -- he's used it (and it's been in the dishwasher) LOTS of times over the past 2+ years. Now we got one for our 2nd son and I know he'll love it too, just as soon as he can drink from a cup. :) The mugs are very colorful, easy to hold, and very durable. We don't do anything special and it still looks as good as the first day. The only downside is you can't get one for every name, including our daughter's. - Submitted 05/31/2009
