• Shipping: The personalized videos require 1-2 day additional processing time. Your order will be shipped via USPS Mail via the method of shipping you select during checkout. Delivery times are based on the time from when we receive all pictures and copy. Please use email to send us your pictures if time is critical. Once we have your pictures we will begin the production of your order. Please click here to view our Shipping Policies in detail.
  
• Corrections or Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once they are shipped. Upon completion of your order you will receive a receipt with all of your order details emailed to you. Please review your order details and confirm that they are correct. If something is not correct, you must contact us to let us know before we ship your products. Please contact us or call us at 803-485-1544. There is no cost to make corrections prior to production of your items.
• Returns or Replacements: Customer's are responsible for errors made in the order (see corrections above). Please review your personalization details fully prior to adding the item to your cart. Error's made by our staff will be corrected, free of charge. Please notify us via email. A replacement will be sent per the original order. No changes to the order will be allowed for replacements. Replacement requests due to breakage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.
• Age: This product is great for all ages, both young and old.
• What kind of photos are best to use? A clear, in focus, front facing and close up photo of the face is necessary. We will notify you if the quality of the photo prohibits making a great quality DVD. Digital Photos of 200kb to 2MB size will produce the best result. Physical photos of all sizes will be accepted, but the sizes that make for the best results are 3x5, 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10, the larger ones being the best. Polaroid photos will work, but are not as clear as traditional photos.
• Digital Photos: We prefer to receive digital photos via email since it is much faster to process your order and less expensive for you. It also keeps your photo safely at home with you. For best results the digital scan should be no less than 300 dpi (medium resolution ) at full image size (7" x 9"). Do not send 72 dpi (low resolution) images. Cell phone and other low resolution images of 72 dpi will not work well because the resolution is so poor that when the picture is enlarged it becomes very grainy. A JPEG file format is preferred but we can work with most common file formats.

• Physical Photos: For an additional cost we will scan your photo and return it to you. Please send your photo with a copy of your order in a Post-Office approved photo-mailer or equivalent (a hardened type cardboard envelope). This will ensure your photograph does not get damaged in the mail. Be smart and send your photo via registered mail to decrease the chance of your photograph getting lost.
  Send physical photos to Kid Music, Attn: Personalized DVDs, 1811 Taylor Drive, Gilbert, SC 29054. Please include a copy of your order confirmation which you will receive shortly after completing your order.
  Please Note: we STRONGLY recommend you have your photograph scanned at your local photo store. Then email or upload the digital photo file per the instructions above. This will ensure that you keep the original print. Kid Music can not be held responsible for photographs that are lost or damaged while in transit to or from our production facilities.
• Do the photos get returned with the order? Yes, All physical photos are returned with your finished Personalized DVD..
• What is the turn around time for shipping of orders? Normal delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from when we receive your photo. If you mail us a physical photo to scan we can not begin your order until we receive your photo.
• Can you do rush orders? Yes. Please select one of the Rush Shipping options. The times shown is the time between getting your photo and shipping of the finished product.
• Can you put more than one photo in the DVD? No, with the exception of the "Our Love Story" Personalized Photo DVD.
